Waited an hour and a half before phoning. Was told at this point that the order was just being packed to leave the shop. It arrived 50 minutes later and clearly had left the shop nearly an hour before. Food was cold and I couldn’t eat it. Tried calling the shop but couldn’t get through. Only stay 5 mins from the shop and could’ve collected had I known the driver was going to do a round of East Lothian before dropping mine off. It’s a shame as it’s usually a good shop. Raging I couldn’t even get through to return the order!

Ready for collection on time, food was great. Recommended.

Was due 18:20 it’s currently 19:33 and still haven’t received my food.. never experience this before but not happy this time round having to wait over an hour and been told twice the drivers on his way to my house and half an hour later still not arrived.

Very quick and convenient as always, best chip shop in Haddington and breaks up the monopoly held by the Italians, who must follow heed and realise that being long established does not guarantee better quality over the new competition.

Ordered at 15.00 arrived at 17.00 to long, small kebabs paid for large, this is the problem no consistency

45 minute delivery time, 2 phone calls and almost 2 hours for delivery to arrive

Estimated delivery time when I ordered was 40 minutes. I called after 60 minutes and it was only just being prepared. It was over 1.5 hours before it arrived. Was very tasty when it did arrive

Unfortunately my order was wrong. Mushrooms in the calzone when none was requested.

Fish was solid over cooked it is rare for quality to be down but it was hard and had to go in the bin and my order was 40 pound and i spend alot of money in marmaris so expected better communication when i contacted them

Can of juice missing

Pizza was not hot. 2 cans of juice listed on order, only 1 delivered

Wrong order, pizza with no paid extras, refused to replace because a bite had been taken out, did they want to serve that to another customer? Insane.

Lovely homemade pizza, great taste, always great service

This was the worst meal I've every had? the fish &chips were greasy and had a horrible back taste, like they had been cooked in old oil. Both meals were thrown in the bin. My advice stay well away.

40 mins late but did pre order so not sure if that was the problem, but pizza and kebab were so good- would order again

Showed up early and was served before official pick-up time, very quick, very tasty and great value for money. Mum had a small doner meat and chips with salad and she couldn't believe how big it was! Excellent service three times in a row, best chip shop in Haddington and shows other longer established Italian chip shops need to learn a lesson from the newer more efficient Turkish competitors!

Very quick, super efficient and the freshness of the ingredients was top notch, loved my pizza and would recommend the Chef's Special Pizza to anyone.

We dont have much choice in haddington. One is as bad as the other. Waited forever and a day. 1 Hour 20 mins at least fritters were ok but king rib supper went in the bin unedible

Very stodgy and Far to much sauce on pizza and cheap processed cubed chicken. Poor quality wont buy again.
