Set a time for delivery and it came an hour early and the driver said they were busy so I’ve just to take it.sent it back and came half an hour late.pizza was like mush.chips were ok.

Ordered a pizza and chips. Pizza was very bad and the chips were frozen cold and hardly a drop of sauce. No be back and I’d recommend going to dinos

Asked for no sauce, but got this curry sauce, Which was alr, but id prefer Just a plain burger, I did order it again with a note saying Just the burger and bun, And it still came with some sauce.

Terrible & Discusting ! Last 5 orders have been awful, cold because of 2&1/2 hours wait or issues.. unfortunately it's the only take away my daughter will eat from, she has ARFID disorder so delivery food or eating out can be a struggle. So we order from here at least once a month since it opened. When trying to fix the issues the attitude of the what I'm assuming is the manager was discussing, arguing with me over kebab meat ontop pizza in munchie box, but not mentioned on description so my vegetarian daughter couldn't eat it. That's how it comes and no exceptions. Decided we order again tonight, don't know why. Again ordered our usual order and this time the kebab wrap that I share with my son didn't come with salad & sauce separate like we had asked in comments and gotten every other time. Again I phoned to be told that's how it come there's no changes. I accepte that they may stopped doing it separately but surely if it's in comments someone should off phoned. I did eat my half to then have 3 HUGE LONG HAIRS IN IT! I was told if i wanted a new one id have to go down to the shop. Discusting... WILL NEVER BE BACK.. LOST A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER.. Please don't waste your time..

Piss poor customer service food arrived 1 hour 9 minutes AFTER delivery time which was almost 2 HOURS after order placement It was stone cold inedible and went straight in the bin This is ABSOLUTELY my LAST ever order with these guys If I could give zero stars I would Extremely unhappy former customer

Great food, though paid 30p for a bag that I never got. Maybe make that optional when ordering online.
